Room smelt like smoke from previous occupant, bathroom shower situation caused floor to get drenched!!! Lifts located in the old part make access to the VIP wing inconvenient with heavy luggage!!! Outdated furniture does not justify the price!!!

Breathtaking views and convenient location
I spent 3 nights on the 16th floor, where the views of Sofia were absolutely stunning. The location couldn't be better, with a metro station right across the street and a shopping mall nearby. The staff were genuinely nice and spoke both Russian and English. I found the bathroom needs some improvements, especially the tight shower space.

the location is amazin, right next to metro n a big mall with lots of restaurants. also, the air conditioning worked great. breakfast was decent, had a good variety of food. it's a good value for money and i’d totally stay again.
the wifi was pretty weak in my room and the bathroom could've used some updates.

The Junior Suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable with big windows offering panoramic views of Sofia. The location was perfect, with a metro station right in front and a shopping mall nearby. Staff were incredibly helpful, making my stay pleasant.

The Business Suite Double was spacious and clean, with big windows offering stunning views. The layout was really thoughtful. I loved the quiet atmosphere. the shower was cramped and could definitely use some updates. a comfy stay with a few quirks in the bathroom.

my room was upgraded to a business suite and it was realy spacious and comfy. the metro station is just in front, so its super convenient. the staff were nice and always helped us. had a great time at the lobby bar with some good drinks. the bed was perfect for my back issues!
the decor is a bit old, and the bathroom could really use some updates.
